This Halloween 5-9 pm West Side Improvement Club will be hosting the 2nd annual Neighborhood Halloween Celebration with a haunted Clubhouse, Trunk or Treat, and the Spooky Cafe will be open and selling a variety of delicious food and drinks. This is a free, all-ages event and
