LOWE'S, PORT ORCHARD
Westside Improvement Club would like to recognize our local Port Orchard
Lowes store as they recently donated quite generously the needed building
materials to make repairs to our neighborhood View Point Park. Thanks to
store Assistant Manager Tom Christenson for helping facilitate the donation
and collaborating with Westside Improvement Club to make this happen.
Thanks to Lowes for their generosity and support of our local park and to the
safety of the patrons that enjoy the amenities. We really appreciate you for
what you do to make a difference for us and others.
ARNOLD'S FURNITURE STORE, BREMERTON
Westside Improvement Club recently started a new project that we’re very excited about! A community garden will be coming in Spring 2022 to our property on the corner of National & D Street where the playground used to be several years ago! We can’t wait to get started on site beginning with the process of compositing the grass that’s currently there. A local business didn’t hesitate when we asked for a lot of cardboard to start this process. Lucky for us Arnold’s Furniture store was willing to step up and donate very large boxes to help us accomplish this task. Westside Improvement Club would like to give a big thank you to Arnold’s Furniture store on Kitsap Way in Bremerton.
